Director Sundar C. has brought to the screens a comedy entertainer, though with the comedy involving a lot of double entendre and adult humour. The casting is perfect and makes for enjoyable viewing. Vishal suits the role very well and breezes through his role. Hansika is at her glamorous best and looks very pretty. Ramya Krishnan steals the cake with her performance and has aced her role. Vaibhav and the veterans – Prabhu, Kiran and Aishwarya have performed very well. Santhanam’s comedy needs no explaining and he rocks the first half. Sathish has matched up to Santhanam, especially in his combination sequences with Hansika. Hiphop Aadhi’s music is good and the songs have been colourfully shot.
Aambala is a typical Sundar C. fun-filled entertainer!
