Amara Kaaviyam Movie Review – Galatta

Recommended

Sathya’s trademark smile and his acting skills go well with the story. He has portrayed an angry school boy in love in an intense manner. Mia George’s performance in the film needs a standing ovation. The first half of the film is draggy but, the second half gains momentum with twists and turns. Cinematography and screenplay by Jeeva Shankar compliments the theme of the film. The lush green landscape gives you a pleasant and a soothing feel. Ghibran’s music and BGM needs a special mention. The art department has put in their hard work to recreate the 80’s look.

Altogether, Amarakaaviyam is the beauty, trials and tribulations of the pure first love.
