The official Tamil remake of Mammootty-starrer Bhaskar The Rascal is releasing on May 11. The Tamil version titled Bhaskar Oru Rascal will see Arvind Swamy reprising the role of Bhaskar. The movie will also star Amala Paul in the lead. Soori, Malayalam actor Siddique and Robo Shankar are in supporting roles.

The trailer of Mohanlal, starring Manju Warrier and Indrajit, is out. The film is based on the life of Meenukutti, played by Manju Warrier, who was born on the day Malayalam superstar Mohanlal made his debut in Malayalam cinema. This film is said to be a tribute to the actor, through his two fans – Meenukutti and Sethu Madhavan.
