Selva will direct a film about Rajinikanth fans, titled 12-12-1950. The director said:
“It’s a story about five Rajinikanth fans and their journey. We chose this title because it befits the story and not merely cash in on the superstar’s popularity. The film will make people understand what it really means to be a Rajinikanth’s fan, and it will take his fandom to the next level.”
Ranbir Kapoor said that he’s glad Twitter wasn’t around when he was in school. “My mother used to come to my school when the results were declared. I would always apologise and say ‘I’ll work harder, get good marks and won’t fail in any subjects’. Mom would say if she saw a red line on my report card, she would tell dad. I used to cry because I was very scared of him,” Ranbir told reporters.
“Good thing is, back then there was no Twitter. Otherwise, I don’t know what he (Rishi) would’ve written,” Ranbir added.
