Ram Gopal Varma’s God, Sex, And Truth, that features American adult star Mia Malkova, has a police complaint filed against it by BJP Mahila Morcha in Vijayawada. According to a Deccan Chronicle report, the complaint states that such films go against women and damage careers of the youth, thus demanding a ban on the film since it ‘damages the Indian marriage system’.

The trailer, which released on January 16, has already recorded over a million v iews. It talks about a woman’s freedom to explore her sexuality. Mia says that her body is her right and that is her feminism.

Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi is likely to cross the Rs 100-crore mark soon. According to reports, the film has made Rs 90 crores at the box office, making around Rs 68 crores in India and over Rs 20 crores in the international market.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by S Radha Krishna under the banner Haarika & Hassine Creations, Agnyaathavaasi went on floors early last year and has been shot in exotic locations across Europe. The response towards the film has mostly been negative, with many stating that there was a general lack of story. The film is also facing accusations of plagiarism, with French director Jérôme Salle likely to take legal action against the film’s makers. It is reported that the Telugu film is a remake of a French film called Largo Winch, directed by Salle.

Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar has released in China, and has already crossed the Rs 100-crore mark there. The Zaira Wasim-starrer earned $ 6.86 million on its first day and $10.45 million on its second, making a total $ 17.31 million at China’s box office. In Indian currency, this amounts to Rs 110.52 crores.

The film has surpassed Dangal‘s performance on its first days in China.
