Producer KE Gnanavel Raja’s wife, Neha, took to Twitter yesterday to post some distasteful comments on actresses, calling them “home wreckers” and “prostitutes”. In her rant, the costume designer said that she has a list of heroines who are looking to spoil families, calling them “bed ready”. The tweets have since been deleted. She, however, posted a clarification saying that her rant has nothing to do with her family.

The first shooting schedule of Arunraja Kamaraj’s directorial debut has been wrapped. The film starring Aishwarya Rajesh and Darshan in the lead, also has senior actor Sathyaraj playing a pivotal role. The yet-to-be-titled film is said to revolve around a young girl who aspires to become a cricketer.

Mohanlal’s Neerali will reportedly release in June this year. The actor plays a gem researcher in the film which is touted to be a thriller. Actress Nadia Moidu plays his wife. Ajoy Varma directs.

Sanjay Dutt is planning legal action against the writer and publisher of The Crazy Untold Story of Bollywood’s Bad Boy as he had not authorized the biography. He says his “authentic” autobiography with ” real facts” will be out soon.
