In a shocking development, 2:51 minutes of raw footage from Baahubali 2 was leaked online in the wee hours of Tuesday. The video, features actors Prabhas (Amarendra Baahubali) and Anushka (Devasena) in a battle, fighting soldiers and wild bulls. The scene was intended for DI process and was leaked online, according to reports.
Although there hasn’t been an official statement from SS Rajamouli or the team of the film, reports say that the digital team of Baahubali 2 already filed a complaint with cyber-crime and are trying their best to take down the leaked video.
An unconfirmed source said that a graphic designer working out of Annapurna Studios had been arrested in this regard at Vijaywada.
The Baahubali team has several security measures on the sets of the film, including a blanket ban on use of mobile phones and other gadgets in the sets of the film. Although, going by the contents of the footage, it is evident that this has been done during the post processing of the footage.

This leak is the second blow to the Baahubali team, after the offices and homes of the producers, Shobhu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni were raided last week.
The first look teaser of Baahubali 2 and a VR ‘on-sets’ video of the film was released in October. The much-awaited film slated to release on 28 April 2017. With music by M M Keeravani, the film has an ensemble cast that includes Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Sathyaraj, Sudeep, Nassar, Ramya Krishnan in integral roles. Cinematography is by K K Senthil Kumar, Art direction is by Sabu Cyril while V Srinivas Mohan is the Visual Effects Supervisor.
