Music director turned actor GV Prakash’s second film Trisha Illana Nayanthara was given an A certificate yesterday, after muting certain dialogues. Directed by newcomer Adhik Ravichandran, the film is now cleared to release on September 17 as planned. The filmmakers had announced the September 17 date after Puli postponed its release. Trisha Illana Nayanthara stars GV Prakash, Kayal Anandhi and Manisha Yadav in the lead. GV Prakash’s music has so far only received a lukewarm response with ‘Bittu padam di‘ being the pick of the album.
