Vijay 58 will reportedly be made on a massive budget of around 200 crores, according to recent reports. Directed by Chimbudeven, the film has Vijay and Shruti Haasan in the lead with Hansika Motwani rumoured to have a crucial role in the proceedings. A grand set is being built for the film on the East Coast Road with art director T Muthuraj working round the clock to ensure that the construction is over by the end of this month. We hear that Vijay plans on beginning shoot for the film a week after the release of Kaththi, and the entire crew is hoping to finish work by that deadline. The project is being jointly funded by Thameens Entertainment and PT Selvakumar and will have the cinematography of Natty Nataraj.
