Actress Taapsee Pannu tweeted last week that actor-director Raghava Lawrence would be shooting a new song for the movie Kanchana 2. The film is running successfully in theatres now.

Deccan Chronicle reported that Raghava Lawrence had the idea of filming a song which will run through the end credits of the film. Reportedly, he couldn’t shoot the song during the allotted dates. Now that Kanchana 2 is churning out good results at the box office, Lawrence has dediced to shoot the song with two heroines, Taapsee and Nithya Menen. Lawrence told DC that this song will be of hip-hop style with the three actors adorning glamorous attires.
Reportedly, the team is now canning Nithya Menen’s portions while Taapsee’s portions have already been shot.
Kanchana 2 is a sequel to Kanchana, the second film in the Muni franchise. The film hit the screens on April 17 and is still going strong at the box office.
