A sequel to director Vijay’s trilingual Devi is on the cards. The movie starred Prabhu Deva, Tamannah Bhatia in lead roles.
Director Vijay is currently busy with the shoot of Vanamagan with Jayam Ravi, and will be moving on to the Tamil remake of Charlie starring Madhavan in the lead role.

Actor Sanjay Bharathy, who is presently assisting Vijay for Vanamagan, spoke to DC, “Though I did a few films as an actor, my passion for wielding the megaphone made me join Vijay sir, who is committed to making good films. I assisted him in Devi and its other language versions as well.”
He also added that the director would begin the sequel to Devi after the completion of Vanamagan and Charlie remake.
