According to recent reports, actress Abhirami will essay the role of Jyothika‘s friend in the upcoming Tamil remake of How Old Are You. The actress’s last Tamil release was the controversial Virumaandi opposite Kamal Haasan. The role to be essayed by Abhirami was played by Kanika in the Malayalam original and is an important one. Interestingly, this film marks the comeback for both Jyothika and Abhirami. Rosshan Andrews directs this film while Suriya is producing it under his 2D Entertainment. Santhosh Narayanan composes music while actor Rahman has been roped in to play Jyothika’s husband in the movie.
The team is currently busy filming the climax portions in and around Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
