Director Sundar C’s horror film Aranmanai will release next month, his wife, actress Khushbu confirmed on her twitter account recently. Vision i Media is producing this venture and Sun Pictures holds the distribution rights. The project has been made on a grand scale with over 2 crores spent on building a palace set alone. The film will also have extensive visual effects.
Aranmanai was in the news last week after its teaser was leaked on YouTube. The video was taken down in a few hours by the film’s makers. Efforts are on to figure out the source of the leak.
Starring Hansika Motwani in the lead, the film directed by Sundar C has a multitude of stars including Raai Laxmi, Vinay Rai, Santhanam and Andrea Jeremiah. The team began shooting in September last year and wrapped up only recently.
