Actress Sayyeshaa Saigal and actor Arya are set to marry this coming March. The two had previously worked together on Ghajinikanth and are currently shooting for Kaappaan.
According to an HT report, the wedding will take place as per Muslim customs on March 9 at Hyderabad. This will be followed by a grand reception
Sayyeshaa Saigal is the grandniece of yesteryear Bollywood actors Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu. She is the daughter of actress Shaheen Banu and actor Sumeet Saigal. Her acting debut came in the 2016 Telugu film Akhil. She subsequently followed it up with the 2016 Bollywood film Shivaay. The movie featured Ajay Devgn in the lead role. Directed by Ajay Devgn, the movie flopped at the box office.
She made her Tamil debut opposite Jayam Ravi in the 2017 film Vanamagan. However, it was last year’s Kadaikutty Singam that won her the people’s attention. Directed by Pandiraj and starring Karthi in the lead role, the movie went on to become a huge success.
While her last release Ghajinikanth featured Arya in the lead role, Kappaan, starring Surya and Mohanlal sees Arya playing a supporting role. The 21-year-old actress is playing the female lead in the movie.

Meanwhile, Arya had participated in a reality show last that was aimed at finding a bride for the 38-year-old. Titled Enga Veettu Mapillai, the show aired on Colors Tamil. Out of the 16 contestants, three emerged as finalists. However, the actor did not choose a girl from the show.
The actor was last seen in Ghajinikanth. He had also made his Kannada debut last year with the movie Rajaratha.
Other than Kaappaan, the actor has three movies lined up for release this year, namely Santhana Devan, 3 Dev and Magamuni. Since 2014, he has been actively involved in producing movies too.
