Arya’s only film as solo lead in 2017, Kadamban, will release on April 14, during the Tamil New Year weekend.

A trailer for the film was released on YouTube, and has raked up over 3 million views already.
Kadamban is a tale of a man fighting the corporate world to save his tribe, his forest, and its wildlife. The film is produced by Supergood Films, and directed by Ragava.
The film stars a very fit Arya and Catherine Tresa, with YG Mahendran, Madhuvanti Arun and others in supporting roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the film’s music composer.
