Ashok Galla makes his Telugu debut in a film titled Adhe Nuvvu Adhe Nenu. Nabha Natesh takes on the female lead role in the movie. Hip Hop Tamizha’s Aadhi and Jeeva have been tasked with composing the music.

Galla is the grandson of noted Telugu actor Krishna and the nephew of actor Mahesh Babu. His father, Jay Galla, is an industrialist and also a Member of Parliament from Guntur in Andhra Pradesh.

A spokesperson for the film said that Adhe Nuvvu Adhe Nenu is romantic comedy that deals with modern day relationships. “Ashok Galla is part of a new generation of actors and is the third generation from his family in the film industry. His launch vehicle deals with complexities that arise in relationships today. It’s also a beautiful love story.”

Sashi makes his directorial debut with this film as Dil Raju produces.

Raju said that the team spent months looking for the perfect female lead for the film. “Sashi has come up with a content driven movie. So we needed to get strong performers as part of our cast. We looked at many people but finally Nabha Natesh impressed us with her performance in Nannu Dochukunduvate.”

Nabha Natesh is primarily based in the Kannada film industry. She debuted in Telugu with the Sudheer Babu starrer Nannu Dochukunduvate.

Ashok Galla has gone through a makeover for his role. He sports a full beard and moustache in the movie, the spokesperson said.

Adhe Nuvvu Adhe Nenu was launched earlier today with a pooja.

Director K Raghavendra Rao and Krishna helped launch the film in Hyderabad.

From the Ghattamaneni family, producer Manjula and actor Krishna were present. Ashok Galla’s parents – Jaydev and Padmavathi – were also around to see the launch of their son’s film. Ashok had earlier been a child artiste in the 2004 Mahesh Babu film Naani.
