Actor Ashwin Kakumanu will get married later this month. The actor will wed Sonali Manavalan, a graduate in Textile Design from NID, New Delhi.

The duo plan to get married in a civil ceremony soon. Following this, a ‘grand’ wedding reception is being planned, a report in DC said. Ashwin is said to have met Sonali, while looking for an appropriate female lead for his short film.
Ashwin rose to fame with a small role in Mankatha, and followed it up with the cult favourite Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara. He also features in films Thiri, Thollaikatchi, and Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kadhai in which he shares screenspace with Guru Somasundaram.
