Actress Asin, who has been missing in action after the release of Kaavalan, confirmed that she would soon get married to her long-time boyfriend Rahul Sharma – the young business tycoon who heads the Micromax Group.
Asin, who is now awaiting the release of her Hindi film All Is Well with actor Abhishek Bachchan, announced that she would be quitting films after the wedding.

In an interview to TOI, the actress stated that she was now busy wrapping up her professional commitments; Asin had stopped signing films two years back. The wedding date and the specifics of the ceremony are yet to be announced.
Coincidentally, in Ghajini, the film that made Asin famous, she dreams of getting married to a high-profile cellphone company owner, played by Suriya/Aamir Khan. The twitterati is now busy posting memes, comparing her reel life and real life.
After the release of Kaaval, Asin began focusing on Bollywood, where she starred opposite actor Akshay Kumar in a few films.
