Azhagendra Sollukku Amudha, the debut movie of Nagarajan, a former assistant of director Suseenthiran, has received a U certificate from the censor board.
According to the film’s director, Azhagendra Sollukku Amudha is a ‘done to death’ story of a jobless guy who tries to woo his girl. “The film is set in the background of North Madras. It will show the region in a light manner”, said Nagarajan at a recent press meet. Nagarajan also said that the film was a clean entertainer, without any intimate scene between the hero and the heroine.
Newcomer Regin and Orange Mittai girl Ashritha play the lead roles in the film, and reportedly, the actors were given rehearsals to play their roles authentically.
Azhagendra Solluku Amudha also stars Pattimandram Raja, Valavan, Rekha Suresh, director Saravana Shakthi, Pithamagan Vichchu, Nippu and Kalaiarasan in supporting roles.
