Shooting of the Tamil remake of Malayalam blockbuster Bangalore Days will commence from the first week of April. This yet-to-be-titled movie will be extensively shot in the picturesque locales of Bangalore, Varanasi and Pune. The remake will be helmed by director Bhaskaran who helmed Telugu film Bommarillu.
Music for the remake will be scored by composer Gopi Sundar, who composed music for the original. Cinematographer Guhan will be cranking the camera.
The official pooja of this film, which is produced by PVP Cinema, was held today in Chennai. The star cast of the film includes Arya, Rana Daggubati, Bobby Simha, Sri Divya, Parvathi Menon and Raai Laxmi in the lead roles. Reports further say that actress Samantha might be roped in to reprise Nithya Menen’s role in the remake.
