Bhooloham may join the Deepavali race this year, according to sources close to the film’s producer. Aascar Ravichandran is reportedly planning on making use of the screens that he had blocked for I to release Bhooloham instead. The film starring Jayam Ravi and Trisha in lead roles has been awaiting release for quite a while now, but was held back due to Aascar Film’s financial woes.
Jayam Ravi plays a boxer in the movie and has gone through a complete makeover for the role. With music by Srikanth Deva and SP Jhananathan’s fiery dialogues, the movie is highly anticipated, mostly because it marks the return of the successcul Jayam Ravi – Trisha onscreen pairing. Debutant N Kalyanakrishnan has directed the film.
If the film does release this Deepavali, it will go head to head with Poojai and Kaththi that have been confirmed for the same date.
