Bobby Simha is in talks with Maryaan director Bharatbala Ganapathy to star in his next film. The actor, who has been involved in discussions with the director for the past few months, revealed that he is hopeful of ‘signing the project soon’. “I met Bharatbala sir right before the release of Jigarthanda and he narrated the story to me. I really really liked it, but we’re ironing out a few details now and an official announcement will be made soon.”
Bharatbala is lending finishing touches to the script, and will begin casting for other roles soon. It is said to be a light-hearted film and vastly different from his debut venture.
