Actress Catherine Tresa, who is currently working on Selvaraghavan’s Kaan as well as the Vishnu Vishal-starrer Daana Veera Soora Karna, is likely to play the second heroine opposite Allu Arjun in his next film. The two have previously worked together in Puri Jagganadh’s Iddarammayilatho, which was also Catherine’s debut film. The actress recently received critical acclaim for her work in Madras.
The film will be directed by Boyapati Srinu, and features Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. Shooting is expected to start on July 16. Music director S.S Thaman will compose the music, and Arjun’s home banner, Geetha Arts, will produce the film.
