Recommended

Chandiveeran, starring Atharvaa, Lal and Anandhi, has been banned in Singapore as it has references to ‘Rotta’, a form of corporal punishment for illegal immigrants and criminals in the country.

Chandiveeran was released across theatres on August 7 to mixed responses from critics and audiences.

In the film, Atharvaa plays Paari, a youngster who returns to his village from Singapore. This village drama, directed by Sarkunam, has music by SN Arunagiri and cinematography by PG Muthaiah. The film has been produced by director Bala’s B Studios. Here is our review of Chandiveeran.
