Actor Charle will essay the role of Sivakarthikeyan’s father in Velaikkaran.

The Maanagaram actor, speaking to TOI, said that the first schedule of the movie is done. “It is such a pleasure working with Siva and director Mohan Raja. As Siva is good at improvising on the shooting spot, our combination scenes have come out really well. In fact, after this movie’s release, each and every boy will wish to have a father like my character,” he declared.
Velaikkaran will see Nayanthara as the female lead. The music has been composed by Anirudh, and cinematography is by Ramji.
The movie has been bankrolled by RD Raja, and is said to deal with food adulteration.
