Another horror film – Daisy – is in the making. Debutant director Srinath Ramalingam’s movie is reportedly based on real-life experiences. A press release stated that Daisy is about an eight-year-old girl’s spirit that is longing for love from her family. The director also declared in the release that this movie will be ‘different’ and ‘will definitely showcase the love in a family’.
The first look poster of the film – released recently – received a lukewarm response.
Jointly produced by N Shanmuga Sundaram and Mohammad Yasin for Juna Pictures, this film has Deepak Paramesh, Jacqueline Prakash, Gunalan Mohan, Morna Anitha Reddy and Mime Gopi in significant roles. Art director CH Mohanji, editor Hariharan, cinematographer Manish Moorthy and music director Siva Saravanan form the technical crew of Daisy.
