Hindi pop singer Daler Mehndi has recorded a song with music director MM Keeravani, for director SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, the sequel to the Baahubali series. The singer also sang the Tamil version of the song, with lyrics written by Madhan Karky. This is reportedly the titular song for the second instalment of the series.

Daler Mehendi had previously collaborated with MM Keeravani in SS Rajamouli’s Magadheera, which starred Ram Charan Teja and Kajal Aggarwal. Prior to this, Daler’s sole Tamil song was ‘Om Zaarare’ from Kuselan, a film starring Rajinikanth, Meena, and Pasupathi.
Shooting of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is currently underway at the Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad. The second instalment stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Nasser, and Sudeep. The film is expected to release in 2017.
