Dangal actress Fatima Sana Shaikh will not be a part of Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan. According to a PTI report on Hindustan Times, Fatima denied rumours that she had been offered a role in the film by her Dangal co-star.
“What should I say? All I know is that a film named Thugs of Hindostan is being made. I am not playing any role. If I get it then good. Someone please give me a role in that film I want to do Thugs of Hindostan,” she said.

Fatima also said that since Dangal, where she played the role of wrestler Geeta Phogat, she hasn’t signed any new films and is waiting for the right opportunities to come her way.
Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj Films, Thugs of Hindostan stars Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. Khan’s role in the film is reportedly a lighter one, along the lines of his Rangeela character, while Bachchan will play his mentor. Kriti Sanon has reportedly been approached for a role in the film, but nothing is confirmed as yet. The project is set to take off sometime soon.
