Actress Devayani now works as a teacher at Church Park School for Classes 1 to 4. In an interview to Ananda Vikatan, Devayani said that she had always harboured a dream to become a teacher. “Since acting happened, I had to postpone my plans. Now that I have a lot of time, I am thoroughly enjoying teaching,” she said. The actress, who underwent training at Church Park School, was offered a part-time role. “It’s an honour to teach and discipline young minds.”
Despite her new job, Devyani will continue acting. She will next be seen in Sagaptham, and a film in which lyricist Pa Vijay plays the lead.
