Director Arivazhagan, who is currently helming Aarathu Sinam, will direct actor Arun Vijay in his next film, reportedly an action thriller. Pre-production work of the film has already begun and an official announcement is expected shortly. Both Arun Vijay and Arivazhagan were unavailable for comment.

Actor Arun Vijay rose to fame with his portrayal of Victor in the critically acclaimed Yennai Arindhaal. He subsequently starred in the Telugu film Bruce Lee. He is currently awaiting the release of Vaa Deal.
