Director Bala’s next film will be a multi-starrer featuring Arya, Vishal, Rana Daggubati, Atharvaa and Aravind Swami. An official press release states that Bala is working on pre-production for this untitled film, while finishing up post-production on his current movie, the Sasikumar and Varalaxmi starrer Thara Thappattai.
When Silverscreen contacted Atharvaa’s manager about the project, he said, “Atharvaa hasn’t been approached by director Bala yet. So, we are not sure about the project at this stage.” The director, the press release said, has planned to start shooting for the movie early next year.
This would be Arya’s third film with Bala. He earlier starred in Naan Kadavul and shared screen space with Vishal in Avan Ivan. Atharvaa was the lead actor in Bala’s National Award winning Paradesi.
