TV anchor Divyadharshini’s husband, Srikanth Ravichandran will be debuting as a director with the Tamil remake of the Hindi super hit film, Special 26. Composer Thaman has been roped in to score music, and has already begun work on the movie.
The remake rights of Special 26 was acquired by actor-producer Thiyagarajan, and it is also said that actor Prashanth will be playing the male lead in this movie when he completes the long-in-the-making Saahasam, directed by Arun Raj Varma.
Reports strongly indicate that actress Trisha might star opposite Prashanth in this film.
Srikanth Ravichandran has been working as an assistant director to director Gautham Menon.
