Dulquer Salman has signed on to be a part of Srinath Rajendran’s next. The duo earlier collaborated for Second Show. The film marked Dulquer’s acting debut.
The actor took to his social media account to make the announcement:
The film will go on the floors in 2018. Early reports indicate that the film could be based on Kerala’s most wanted criminal Sukumara Kurup. Kurup is alleged to have faked his own death to claim insurance money.
The case is the longest in the judicial history of Kerala, has inspired several films and literature over the years. A 1984 film called NH 47 was based on this case.
