The filming of Gautham Menon’s Enai Noki Paayum Thota – officially launched in March last year – will resume from July 20.
The team had canned a major portion in Turkey soon after the launch with lead pair, Dhanush and Megha Aakash. When the second schedule in Chennai was complete, the shoot was put on hold.

A source from the unit told Silverscreen, “Gautham Menon had to complete Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada and so, he had to temporarily put Enai Noki… on hold. Dhanush also got busy with his production work. Come July 20, the team will resume shoot and it will go on till August 25. Gautham has plans to go abroad to shoot the song ‘Maruvaarthai’. Dhanush, who is shooting for his Hollywood film in Europe, is expected to join the team.”
Meanwhile, the film’s leading lady Megha Aakash is busy with Telugu films. Her debut, Lie, will hit the screens on August 11, and she has signed Telugu actor Nitin’s 25th film, which will be entirely shot in the US.
