The first look poster of actor Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film directed by Shiva Nirvana of Ninnu Kori fame was unveiled on the actor’s 32nd birthday, this Friday.

Naga Chaitanya, who’s fondly called ‘Yuva Samrat’, is seen sporting a retro look, sitting on a scooter in a red-checked shirt. The film is currently tentatively titled Production No.2, but as per speculations it will be called Majili, and will feature Actor Samantha Akkineni, Chaitanya’s wife, as the female lead.
This is also the duo’s fourth collaboration after Ye Maaya Chesave, Manam and Autonagar Surya, and first film together after their grand wedding ceremony in October 2007.
According to report by The New Indian Express, the team recently wrapped up their shoot in Visakhapatnam, and if things go as planned, work will commence again from November 26 in Hyderabad. Their most recent pictures from the shoot in Vizag went viral on internet.

Touted to be a romantic entertainer, the film will have music composed by Gopi Sundar and cinematography by Vishnu Sharma. The film will be produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner Shine Screens.
Production No.2 is also expected to do well since the actor’s last couple of releases like Shailaja Reddy Alludu and Savyasachi did not do well in the box office.
Samantha Akkineni was last seen in U Turn, a Tamil remake of the Kannada version, and will star next in Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Super Deluxe, featuring Vijay Sethupathi as a trans woman called Shilpa. The film will also cast Fahadh Faasil, Ramya Krishnan, Mysskin, Gayathrie, Naveen Vikram, Jackson Joy and Bagavathi Perumal in pivotal roles.
