Gangai Amaren Thinks He Can Win Jayalalitha’s Assembly Constituency For BJP

Music composer Gangai Amaren is the BJP candidate for the by-election in the Dr. Radhakrishnan Nagar (RK Nagar) Assembly constituency, scheduled for 12 April. Amaren told Silverscreen, “I am very honoured to be the candidate. I think that I will get victory. At this time of flux, it is very important that the right person is there to guide the people. I think I am that person.”

The RK Nagar Assembly constituency fell vacant following the death of former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha on 5 December

Amaren also vowed to bring justice to the downtrodden and the unfortunate. He said, “I know firsthand what it is to be denied justice. So I will make it my mission to bring justice to the people who need it most.”
