The duo had earlier worked together in the adult comedy Trisha Illana Nayanthara. The film will also feature Amyra Dastur of Anegan fame. Sonia Aggarwal and Sanchita Shetty will also be a part of the fantasy film. The director has clarified that the film has nothing to do with Swami Nithyanand who’s been accused of rape. The names of the lead pair are Nithya and Nandha and the story revolves around their search for love. The film, which has faced some delay, is in the final leg of shooting.

Produced by Dinesh Karthik under the banner of Vision I Media, the film will also be released in 3D. It has Lalgudi Ilayaraja as art director, Abhinandan Ramanujam as the director of photography, Ruben as the editor, while the music is handled by the actor himself.

The first-look poster of the film was released recently.

For GV Prakash, Bala’s Naachiyaar seems to have been an anomaly. After portraying a dark character in Bala’s film, the role of a juvenile delinquent, with 100 Percent Kadhal and Kaadhalai Thedi Nithya Nandha, the actor seems to be back to playing the role of a raging adolescent.

In the remake of the Telugu film 100 Percent Love, GV Prakash does his usual boy-child act, reveling in the pubescent space that he’s come to adore. The teaser that was released recently is a throwback to those sleazy films of the 80s and 90s that one tries hard to forget. Directed by SS Chandramouli, the film also stars Shalini Pandey, Manobala, Nasser and Jayachitra in key roles.
