According to a DC report, the composer has even started the initial proceedings towards the trust, vowing that the first deposit would be from the salary of one of his next films.

Not new to extending support, Prakash had extensively participated in the Jallikattu protests that took place in Tamil Nadu. Along with observing a silent protest at Marina Beach, Prakash even composed a song – Kombu Vecha Singam Da – with lyrics by Arunraja Kamaraj, praising the traditional sport of bull-taming. The proceeds from the song will reportedly go to the farmers in the state.
The protests over the ban against jallikattu in the state had several members of the cinema industry come together in solidarity with the protesters. Actors Suriya, Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Raghava Lawrence, Karthi, and RJ Balaji lent their support against the ban and voiced out their anger against the subsequent agitation in the state.
Meanwhile, Prakash has been unavailable for a comment.
