Harish Shankar Miffed With Reviews Of His ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’

Harish Shankar, director of Duvvada Jagannadham, has slammed critics for reviewing him and not his film. The director made the comment at a success meet for his latest film.

“India is the biggest democracy in the world and anyone can voice their opinion. However, reviews aren’t criticising the film’s subject or character, but are rather targeting the director, which is not correct,” he said.

Shankar is also said to be miffed with reports that called him ‘headstrong’. “I have my own attitude, and that’s why I got to direct Gabbar Singh. I didn’t get an attitude after the film,” he clarified.

Shankar seems to have been bothered by the lack of response to the dialogues in his film. DC quotes the director as saying that he’d written great dialogues for DJ, and that they were second only to SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali.
