The sequel to the summer hit Wonder Woman is officially titled as Wonder Women 1984 and as the title goes, it will be set in the United States during 1980s. Director Patty Jenkins, on Wednesday morning, announced that Chris Pine would be returning as Steve Trevor for the Wonder Woman sequel, which will release in November 2019.

Gal Gadot shared the first look on Twitter where Diana Price, aka Wonder Woman, is standing in front of a window of television screens. The display images of an oil tycoon, TV colour bars, a woman driving a race car and so on are glimpses of the popular TV programs in the 1980s.

Kristen Wiig is also part of this film playing the villainous Cheetah.
