The petitioner said the title song in the film shows scantily dressed woman in the song with the lyrics Har Har Mahdev, which hurts the religious feeling of Hindus and sought prosecution of Devgn and Nihalani under sections 295A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings) of IPC. The film is up for a October 28 release.

The trailers, feature high-octane stunts in locations ranging from crowded cities to stunning and risky mountain roads in Europe and Asia.
