Thattathin Marayathu was a successful film earning the actress Isha Talwar widespread recognition for her role. She made her Tamil debut alongside actor/RJ Shiva in Thillu Mullu. Isha Talwar, talking to Silverscreen.in said, she was very excited about the movie since this is her first remake film. “It’s a great opportunity to have worked in this film. Since I am acting in a Tamil movie after some time, this is a good comeback for me”. She also said that there were very a few changes made to her character and she hoped the Tamil audience enjoys the film as much as the Malayalam audience did. Talking about the language barrier, she laughed it off saying, “My character speaks very little in the movie. Language wasn’t an issue”.
