Bigg Boss Tamil fame Harish Kalyan made a successful debut with his rom-com Pyaar Prema Kadhaal starring opposite actress Raiza Wilson. Now, he is back with a love story, Ispade Rajavum Idaya Raniyum. The trailer is out and it seems to be the mixture of love, emotions, sex and action.
The trailer begins with Harish Kalyan’s voice-over. Playing protagonist Gautham, Harish’s gutsy look is appealing and quite different from his previous role of young casual guy in Pyaar Prema Kadhaal.
Then, comes the introduction of Shilpa Manjunath who was last seen in the movie Kaali. She received a decent reception for the song ‘Arumbae’ in the movie. In this film, Shilpa, who plays the role of Tara, is a modern, urban girl. Her role in the movie should be meaty as the story revolves around the love between the two and other relationship complications. It also stars Ma Ka Pa Anand, Bala Saravanan as the hero’s friends.
The look and feel of the entire trailer reminds us of Vijay Deverakonda’s Telugu hit Arjun Reddy. Harish Kalyan has also tried some action stunts for the film.

The film is directed by Ranjit Jeyakodi and produced by Balaji Kapa. The director previously made Puriyatha Puthir which starred Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathri. The movie faced many challenges prior to its release and when it finally released on September 2017, it failed to make a mark as many felt the movie was outdated. Previously, Ranjit worked as an assistant director for director Ram’s Kattradhu Tamil.
Music is composed by Sam CS and lyrical video of the songs are already up on YouTube. This trailer says that the movie targets younger generations who approach their love life in different perspectives.
