Ranbir Kapoor is on a movie signing spree! Apart from Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Sanju’ and Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’, the actor has also come on board for Yash Raj Films’ Shamshera with Sanjay Dutt and has Luv Ranjan’s two hero film with Ajay Devgn in the pipeline as well.
Filmmaker Luv Ranjan who has directed youth comedies such as ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety‘ and ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama‘ series has managed to bring the two talented actors together for this next film. His first big Bollywood film stars Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor, which will start rolling in 2019.
This is Ajay Devgn’s first film with Ranbir Kapoor and he is looking forward to working with the talented actor. He said in an interview to DNA, “Ranbir is an impeccable actor with a great ability to deliver nuanced performances. He is undeniably the most talented actor of his generation. I am looking forward to collaborating with him.” Ranbir is also kicked about this interesting casting coup and said, “I have immense respect for Ajay sir and I’m excited about sharing the screen with him again. His body of work is inspiring. Luv and I have wanted to work with each other for some time now. I am sure this film will be a perfect start to our association.”
Luv Ranjan, who got the dream cast for the film, also spoke to DNA saying, “Ajay and Ranbir’s spontaneity and versatility is electrifying and I am elated to be working with not one, but two powerhouse performers in my next film.” The superb combination of Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor and Luv Ranjan will definitely create magic at the box office.
