The Newsminute has reported that “Income Tax Department sources say that search operations are underway at Serenity Hall, owned by Rashmika’s father Madan Mandanna and also his office premises.”

The department reportedly suspects Mandanna has evaded tax. The Newsminute report also says the actor had only yesterday said, ” I am not the highest paid actor. I am just starting off in the film industry. When people say I am the highest paid actor in Sandalwood, I wonder where the news is coming from. I don’t have any money in the bank. I still feel like a debutant.”
