Foxx took to social media, and posted videos of him feeling bad about the incident on Instagram. Foxx mentions an offensive racial term being hurled by two men, aged 44 and 50. The videos have seen been deleted by Foxx but Daily Mail has a few stills from the video, with Foxx saying, “They drunk up in here. I came to the table and they banged on us in Croatian.”

Croatian police said that disorderly conduct charges have been filed against the two men who allegedly targeted ‘one of the guests on racial grounds’. The police statement did not name Foxx as the target. Police went on to say they are investigating whether to pursue other charges against the men.

Meanwhile, a case of racial profiling was alleged by Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan when she was Heathrow Airport wearing a hijab. She revealed the incident while speaking to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid on their show Good Morning Britain

“I was wearing a headscarf and I got stopped at the airport and racially profiled for the first time in my life. She opened my passport and saw ‘Lindsay Lohan’ and started immediately apologising but then said, ‘Please take off your head scarf.’,” she said.

When asked if she was scared, Lohan said that she was found the case very interesting. “How would another woman who doesn’t feel comfortable taking off her headscarf feel? That was really interesting to me.”
