Jigarthanda will be dubbed in Telugu and released as Chikkadu Dorakadu. A quick online search reveals two other Telugu films under the same name, one with NTR in 1967 and the other starring Rajendra Prasad, made in 1988. This title is expected to make it more popular among the masses and bring in some hype for the project. The move to dub the film in Telugu is a wise one since Siddharth enjoys a lot of popularity in the Telugu film industry. The distribution rights for this version were snapped up by Suresh Kondeti and Ram Reddy back in January. The producer plans to release the dubbed version soon.
