Jungle‘s teaser has been released by composer-turned-actor Vijay Antony on Friday. The film, starring Aadi Saikumar and Vedhika Kumar, is a bilingual Tamil-Telugu horror movie.
The teaser was released in both languages.

The video, which depicts supernatural elements and rituals, teases about something (as yet unseen) that breathes, lurks and hunts, presumably in a jungle. It also shows Vedhika making a dual appearance in one scene. The film’s publicity team has described the teaser as “blood curdling”.
Though Jungle‘s release date has not yet been confirmed, the film’s publicity manager told Silverscreen India that it would be released in theatres and not through OTT platforms.
Apart from Aadi Saikumar and Vedhika Kumar, Jungle will also feature actors Lallu, Noyrika, Viswa, Jeyakumar, Madhusudhana Rao, Rajshri Nair in pivotal roles. Jose Franklin will be scoring the film’s music while Goutham George will be the cinematographer. The editor of Jungle is Shivanandeeswaran and the stunt coordinator is Don Ashok.

Jungle will be produced by Mahesh Govindaraj and Archana Chanda under the banner of Auraa Cinemas. Jungle is written and directed by Karthik and Vignesh. It will be presented by Ranveer Kumar.
Earlier in November, the team had released the first look poster of the film and said that the film’s shooting has been wrapped up and was in the post-production phase. The team highlighted the background music and cinematography as stand out elements.
While Jungle will mark Aadi’s debut in the Tamil film industry, Vedhika’s last Tamil film was Kanchana 3, a horror film from the Muni franchise. She has also appeared in the first installment of the franchise and the 2007 horror-comedy film Muni, alongside Raghava Lawrence.
