Actress Kajal Aggarwal, who is gearing up for the release of Dhanush-starrer Maari in Kollywood, has bagged a plum role in superstar Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam. Kajal will be playing one of the leading ladies in the film, which will also feature Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
Talking to Silverscreen, Kajal said: “Yes, I have signed the film. I can’t reveal anything more at the moment”. To be directed by Srikanth Addala, the film is set go on floors next month. Tipped to be a family entertainer along the lines of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, the film is being bankrolled by PVP Cinema. It’ll have music by Mickey J Meyer.
Reportedly, Pranitha Subhash is also playing an important role in the film.
