After meeting Kamal Haasan at the hospital, his brother Chandra Haasan said that the actor was in good spirits after a surgery on his leg.  “He is expected to be in the hospital for a week more, and will be able to walk normally in 4 to 6 weeks,” Chandra Haasan said, adding that there was no damage to the spine and back, and that this injury would not delay Kamal Haasan’s Sabash Naidu by more than a few days. “We were in the middle of a planned one month break between schedules, so this injury won’t impact the movie too much,” Chandra Haasan said.

Kamal Haasan recently returned from the LA shoot of his upcoming film Sabash Naidustarring Shruti Haasan, Ramya Krishnan, and Brahmanandham among others.
